It sounds like our emails are being filtered to your spam folder. In order to fix this problem, please log into your email account and click on your spam folder. Select one of our emails and then click the button above the emails that says 'Not Spam' or you can add Cappex to your contact list. If you continue to have the same issue, please look into your email account settings and adjust your filters.
